Avoca Extra Virgin Avocado Oil

It's been a great addition to my kitchen. I alternate between coconut oil and avocado oil in my kitchen.

It is a good option with Salads and every day cooking.
Just a small amount of it to be used in making any Indian or Continental Dishes.
