One nozzle. Three ways to pour.
The same extra virgin avocado oil you already cook with, in a can that gives you drops for a dressing, a stream for a pan, or a fine mist for the air fryer basket. Nothing added to make it spray.
- Cold-pressed extra virgin avocado oil from Hass avocados grown in Mexico
- Adaptive flow nozzle: light press for drops, medium for a stream, firm for a fine spray
- Bag-on-Valve packing keeps the propellant separate from the oil, so no hexane, emulsifiers or additives go in
- High smoke point, so it holds up to sautéing, grilling, baking and the air fryer
- Sprays to the last drop, then the can recycles as steel
Most cooking sprays are oil plus a list of things that help oil behave like an aerosol. Emulsifiers, anti-foaming agents, solvent residue. We didn't want that in ours, so we packed AVOCA using Bag-on-Valve.
The oil sits inside a sealed pouch. The propellant sits outside it, in the can. The two never touch. What comes out of the nozzle is extra virgin avocado oil and nothing else, and because air never gets back in, the last spray tastes like the first one.
The oil itself is the same one in our bottles: single-origin, cold-pressed from ripe Hass avocados grown in Mexico, where we've been sourcing since 2022. Green, buttery, a little grassy. It sits under other flavours instead of sitting on top of them.
Why we made it a spray
Because most of what happens in a home kitchen doesn't need a tablespoon of oil. A dosa tawa needs a film. An air fryer basket needs a mist. A tray of vegetables going into the oven needs a pass and a toss, not a pour that pools in one corner. Getting that with a bottle means using two or three times more oil than the food actually needs.
The nozzle
Most sprays give you one setting and expect you to work around it.
| Press | What you get | Use it for |
|---|---|---|
| Light | Drops | Finishing dal, drizzling over burrata, seasoning a salad |
| Medium | A controlled stream | Tadka, a stir fry, greasing a cake tin |
| Firm | A fine, even mist | Air fryer basket, grill grates, roasting trays, tawa |
Same can. No swapping caps, no unscrewing anything.
In the kitchen
Sauté, stir fry, shallow fry, grill, bake, air fry. Mist a paratha instead of ghee-loading it. Coat paneer or chicken before it hits the grill so the marinade actually sticks. Spray the inside of a steel dabba before you pack rotis. Finish a bowl of soup with a few drops at the table.
How to use
Shake nothing. Hold the can upright, 15–20 cm from the food or pan, and press.
- Light press — drops
- Medium press — a controlled stream
- Firm press — a fine spray
Because of the Bag-on-Valve valve, the can works at any angle, including upside down over a tray.
Caution: Do not spray onto a red-hot surface or an open flame. Spray into a cool or warm pan, then heat. Replace the cap after every use. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
