Refund policy

We have a no return policy for Avoca perishable goods (also referred as “product”,“item” or “Avoca”), unless the product was received in a damaged condition or if there is notable damage to the seal. To be eligible for a return, your item must be received in a damaged condition and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will be happy to replace your item at the earliest. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To initiate a return, please email us at info@avoca.store along with our order number, we will share instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@avoca.store.

Refunds

Refunds will be facilitated through store credits. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited on your purchase within 10 business days. You will have 45 days to use these credits at our store. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@avoca.store.

Cancellation Policy
